The short version: no surprises. Here's how upgrades, refunds, and billing actually work with NGABO.
What happens when I upgrade mid-cycle?
We prorate to the day. You pay only the difference for the remainder of the cycle, and your renewal date stays the same.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Yes — every plan includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. After that, annual plans are refunded pro rata for unused full months.
How does sensor-based pricing work?
Each plan includes a set number of active sensors. If you need more, you can upgrade to the next tier or add sensor packs at $5 per sensor per month.
Can we pay by invoice?
Teams on Professional or Enterprise plans can switch to annual invoicing with net-30 terms — email billing@ngabo.com and we'll set it up the same day.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. Pay annually and save 20% on Starter and Professional plans. Enterprise pricing is always customized to your needs.
What if I need to add or remove sensors?
You can adjust your sensor count anytime from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated for the current cycle.
